This week, the children have been creating information books all about The Great Fire of London. They have also been continuing to apply their numeracy skills to using money. The children have been developing their concepts of how to use different coins to make the same amount. We have also been finding out about Paris, with our friend Barnaby Bear. The children had great fun in PE this week. We have been focusing on dance this term; the children started to use additional creative props in their dance routines. They had the opportunity to use scarves, and had fun swirling them around. In music, the children have been exploring how we use different instruments; and have been developing an understanding of rhythm.
