Do you have any spare tinsel?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you bring some tinsel into school?

If you can, please bring your tinsel into school this week!

Any colour will do! We want to create a Santa’s Grotto outside!

We will be weaving anything sparkly in and out of our outdoor ‘cubby’!

ANY SPARE / OLD CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS WILL BE WONDERFUL!  Christmas tree decorations like baubles, stars, angels, etc would all be perfect for our Christmas Creation!

Thank you for your help! I can’t wait to get started on the Grotto!

I’m sure Rudolf would love a ‘Sparkling Christmas Cubby’! What do you think?

Can you help put Rudolf back together?

Have a go at this game and practise using the mouse with control.

Click and drag the different shapes to build a picture of Rudolf!

TOP TIP!  If your finding it tricky to keep the mouse steady and click on the LEFT button, try putting a small sticker on the ‘left mouse button’ (We do this at school)

Hedgehog Class have a visitor! Rudolph has come to stay!

When we came to school on Wednesday, we found a surprise visitor in our classroom!

Rudolph the red nosed reindeer had made himself comfortable on the carpet!

He had a rolled up letter with him! It was from Santa!

  Look at the photograph!

Rudolph wanted a little holiday before the Christmas rush!

So, we have been feeding him porridge oats and carrots, and singing Jingle Bells to him everyday!

 Rudolph Writing Challenge!

Can you write a short letter to Rudolph?  Think of a question you could ask him, about the North Pole, the other reindeer, Santa, the Elves or flying??????  It’s up to you! What do you want to ask Rudolph?

Bring your letter or question to school and post it in Rudolph’s red bag!

I will have some special Christmas stickers for all the writers who have a go!

Happy Writing Hedgehogs!

Well done to all of the Hedgehog Class!

I was very impressed with your performance today! You all looked fantastic in your costumes! (Thank you Mum’s and Dad’s!)

For the Reception children it was your first class assembly, and I’m sure you will agree they performed and sang beautifully in front of a large audience today!

The Year 1 children learnt all their lines and had lots to remember! Not only did they remember what to say, I was very impressed by their confidence to speak loudly and clearly to the audience. Fantastic!

And, lets not forget the super singing! Well done Hedgehogs!

I hope you all enjoyed watching our Nativity, thank you for coming!
